questions.

Clear answers about timelines, payment, materials, SEO and what happens after your website goes live.

Questions before we get started

Choose your type of project and find the answers that matter to you.

It depends on what a potential customer needs to find. In most cases, Home, About, Services, Gallery or Portfolio, and Contact are enough. We agree on the final structure together before the project begins.

About working together

Details about the proposal, payment and what happens throughout the project.

How is the final price determined?

The final price depends on the project structure, content and required functionality. Once the requirements are clear, every cost is set out in the proposal.

How is payment handled?

Payment is made in stages, as set out in the contract: a deposit when the project begins and the remaining balance before the final launch. For larger projects, payment can be divided into several instalments.

How long does the project take?

A landing page can usually be completed in around 1–2 weeks, while a company website takes approximately 3–5 weeks. For online stores or projects with special functionality, the timeline is set after the requirements have been defined. It also depends on how quickly the materials and feedback are provided.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included, based on consolidated lists of feedback. Changes that alter the structure or functionality agreed at the start of the project are estimated separately.

What happens if new requirements come up?

New requirements are reviewed separately. If they change the agreed structure, functionality or scope, the cost and timeline are updated in the proposal before implementation.

Are the domain and hosting included?

We help you choose and configure your domain and hosting, but their costs are paid separately to the providers. The accounts are created in your name, so you retain control of your website.

What support do I receive after launch?

The first 30 days include fixing any technical issues related to the website development. After that, you can choose a maintenance service for updates, monitoring and regular changes.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

Domain, hosting and third-party service accounts are created using your details so you retain control. Website and access handover follows the terms agreed in the proposal and contract.

Do you issue invoices to individuals and businesses?

Yes. TENIRAL issues an invoice for every service, for both individual and business clients.
